The affected apps encompass the social media app Snapchat, the gaming platform Roblox, Signal, and Duolingo, along with multiple Amazon-operated platforms such as its main retail platform and the Ring doorbell doorbell company.

Throughout Britain, Lloyds bank was impacted in addition to its branches Halifax and Bank of Scotland, and further notifications of issues accessing the HMRC site on Monday morning.
