Who were selected for Troy's English top-flight weekly best XI?

Each fixture of top-flight fixtures throughout the campaign, sports analyst Troy Deeney shares his team and manager of the Week.

Here are this week's selections. Are you in agreement? Tell us via the response area further down.

Keeper

Alphonse Areola (West Ham): His team were close to being six goals down at Bournemouth but for him. Massive moment, stepped up and showed some quality. Excellent keeping to secure a 2-2 draw. Defeat would have damaged their campaign.

Defenders

Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace): He's in the running for player of the season. People will talk Gunners' stars. He is the best performer by far.

Murillo (Nottingham Forest): You'd have been a mad supporter to say 'He scores and we overcome Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield'. You'd have got long shots on that. He shone. He's becoming a powerhouse. He can really be a challenge. I'm happy to see him playing as he did previously.

Malick Thiaw (Newcastle): I saw him multiple matches the previous season in Italy for AC Milan and he had difficulties because he was making mistakes. Yet now he's been a monster. He's been really strong and powerful and seems polished. It looks like he's found a ideal club.

Ferdi Kadioglu (Brighton): Not naturally a full-back, rather a attacking-minded in attack. He is a wonderful signing for Brighton. Who would be surprised at them finding another gem out of nowhere? I thought releasing Pervis Estupinan it raised eyebrows but the Seagulls understand what they're doing.

Central players

Sander Berge (Fulham) and Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest): Two of the same type and they're in for the same reason. Their sides were victorious, everyone will talk about the goalscorers, but absent these individuals those teams don't click. They excel. They halt attacks, they join the offense.

Eberechi Eze (Arsenal): The man of the moment. Numerous supporters, including my son, had doubts whether he was the man to get them over the top. Three strikes in the local rivalry and now they want to honor him permanently of him. Scoring, calmness, he ran the show. The top performer on the pitch.

Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa): Possibly the only point of agreement with Thomas Tuchel on - he has reached a point now where it will prove very difficult to drop Morgan Rogers. I felt his beginning was strong to the season, In my opinion he was a little bit entitled and hoped he might secure a transfer to Chelsea, and perhaps aimed for that, but he has adapted well. A brilliant brace clearly versus Leeds pulled his side when trailing. He proved decisive.

Attackers

Callum Wilson (West Ham): I said he doesn't look his usual standard. It seemed his pace had gone. Yet amazing. Words fail me. He was excellent. Brilliant in his play and in his dual goals.

Harvey Barnes (Newcastle): A really interesting player. He performs strongly, typically sharper off the bench, but due to Gordon's absence so he has to play. He failed to convert a great opportunity against Manchester City at 0-0 with his simplest attempt. But to have the psychological strength to place himself into difficult situations and get a brace was impressive.

Coach

Sean Dyche (Nottingham Forest): He steps in and beats Arne Slot. A wonderful gameplan. Possibly it was several more for Forest and few would dispute.
